Application to give a paper
Applications to give oral papers have now closed.However, there is still time, until the end of April to submit applications for posters.
If you wish to give a paper, even if you are an invited speaker, then you need to complete the electronic form here including title and abstract (up to 200 words). Only people who have already registered will have their papers considered for acceptance. Therefore you must register first.
- Applicants to give a paper should apply by 1 April 2012, or earlier if possible. However a few late paper submissions may still be accepted until the middle of April if there is space in the program.
- Invited speakers will be allocated 30 minute time slots (including 5 minutes for questions).
- Contributed oral papers will be allocated 20 minutes (including 3 minutes for questions).
- Poster papers should be A0 portrait format.

Please note: Registration is required for paper presentation. Approval of application will be made not later than mid-April.
